Quality, at our end is maintained at the highest level with the use of sophisticated instruments and most importantly, by having well documented standard operating procedures, for each and every process, which are continuously improved and updated. The instruments are regularly calibrated and maintained.

The grammage of the board is thoroughly checked before issuing it for printing. Caliper test of the board is also carried out to test the thickness of the board.

While printing, consistency of the shades are maintained with the help of spectrophotometers. The release levels on the inking zones of the offset machines are recorded for each job and consequently for each repeat job, the same ink levels are maintained, to give consistent results with minimum shade variations.

Gloss levels of the cartons are checked with Gloss meters imported from Switzerland. This helps us to give your carton, the right gloss. The rub resistence levels of the varnish are also maintained as per customer specifications using a rub resistence tester.

We also have a state-of-the-art Codemat Inspection System, to detect and prevent mix-up of cartons online. The camera reads the pharmacode, which is printed by us, on the gluing flap of the carton. If another carton enters the folder gluer, the camera automatically senses a mix-up and immediately stops the machine. This prevents any carton mix-up, as well as missing printed text/colour as well.

There is a dedicated Quality Control laboratory, which stringently monitors each and every process.
